If you have received a damaged or defective Gift, please notify us by email us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
Terms & Conditions:
- • The cost of returning the damaged or defective Gift to SCA Hygiene Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is borne by you, the member of Drypers Baby Club.
- • The damaged or defective Gift must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receiving it.
- • The damaged or defective Gift must be returned in its original packaging.
- • In the event that the member’s choice of Gifts is unavailable, Drypers Baby Club shall in its absolute discretion substitute it with an item of similar value.
- • No refund policy.
- • SCA Hygiene Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the return policy and/or reject any return or exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, SCA Hygiene Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd’s decision is final.
